An Easy Farinata Recipe
With goat cheese, roasted red pepper, and olives - the perfect lunch or snack.
This is one of those recipes that a lot of people probably wouldn’t think to make - but you should. The base of this is called ‘Farinata’ which is basically a chickpea pancake. So not only is it super healthy, but it’s also delicious! Whenever we make it we love to treat it almost like a pizza and top it with lots of goodness.
So today we decided to spread some goat cheese on the base with roasted red peppers, olives, some basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. This truly makes for a delicious lunch or snack! It’s fresh, healthy, and really easy to make.
